Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

We will aim to despatch goods the next working day subject to availability of stock. Standard delivery days are Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is a non-standard service and subject to an additional charge. If however, the item is in stock in our warehouse on the day of ordering we may be able to despatch it for a Next Day Service upon request.  We must stress that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.


Delivery Exceptions

Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. This is usually items over 25 Kg. We will advise you of any additional carriage prior to shipping. Delivery outside UK mainland is not carriage paid and is subject to additional carriage costs (see below). Please contact us, for a delivery quote prior to ordering.


Late Delivery

If you do not receive your goods after 3 working days and you are in the UK please contact us. Please quote your order number, this number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy


To return a faulty item, please contact us first. In the case of a suspected fault, it may be that it can be rectified over the telephone, and a return is unnecessary. In certain cases, manufacturers provide support directly to end-users - we will advise you as required.


Carriage costs for the return of the item(s) will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by Weldsy in a new and unused condition if a refund is required. We strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and always obtain proof of postage.
