SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Compliance of Arc Welding Equipment
Weldsy's fully qualified service team undertake the calibration, verification and validation of welding machines and ancillary equipment to ensure that the welding process variables are within standard during fabrication. Keeping your machines fit and healthy supports the quality of the finished fabricated project.
Calibration of Welding equipment can be built in to our regular maintenance schedule of your equipment.

CP7 & CP47 Gas Equipment Safety Inspections
The UK Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations stipulate that equipment should be fit-for-purpose, maintained in a safe condition and regularly inspected by a 'competent person' with records kept. Furthermore, most insurance companies now insist on competent maintenance and documented annual inspection of compressed gas equipment for welding and cutting.
